I dread buying a new car and try to do my research and get a good idea of what I want before entering a showroom so I can be ready when the thumb screws and arm twisting begin. But this time we scored a salesman who listened when I told him how much and where I drive, showed me the car I'd asked for, as well as the one I actually needed. Brilliant!
