Hayne O. was our first contact at Dobbs Wolfchase and he approached us with a genuinely helpful style. This made a great impression because we were not ready to do anything at that time. No pressure, but spent time with us to show cars and explain differences. When we were ready, we ordered a Cmax Energi. Hayne and the dealership were honest with us stating that it would be some time before delivery - but - we had decided that that was the car for us. Hayne kept us posted throughout the wait and when it came in last week, Hayne made sure that everything was taken care of. The Cmax Energi is great!!!! The buying experience was fantastic.
