I used the online shopping option. I was contacted immediately. I had several conversations with Terry, my sales rep, and he handled all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. When I arrived at the dealership Terry had already located the vehicles I wanted to see and compare, which made the experience quick. He was professional throughout and did an excellent job of providing program, rebate and financing information. All in all this was the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle.
