AutoNation Ford Wolfchase

This was our (my Wife and my) third purchase of a vehicle from this Dealer. We previously purchased a 2010 MKT and I was somewhat disappointed with the "pressure tactics" of the "Finance Guy." I subsequently purchased a used 2003 Mercury Marauder and was impressed with the purchase in totality. So impressed that I decided to give it another try when it came time to "trade in" the 2010 MKT. What a very PLEASANT experience! From our interactions with the Sales Manager (Letzler .), our assigned Sales Representative (Noel) and even the Finance Guy (Joey), everything was completed professionally and with ABSOLUTELY no stress on our part. I was PARTICULARLY impressed with Les and Noel who seemed to go out of their way to ensure our experience was much better than the one we experienced when purchasing the 2010 MKT three years ago. They did Good and I will without hesitation return to Dobbs Ford the next time we are in the market for a product or service that they provide.
