Disappointed is an understatement
by Ashley on 05/15/2025I made the mistake of listening to the Range Rover mechanics recommendations. The truck was there over a month waiting on the radiator to arrive. The vehicle was dropped off on December 28th, I did not pick up the vehicle until January… 31st. This was not the first time the truck was having a coolant issue. During the month I had three different advisors, Casey, Vinnie and at the very end, a Leslie. On the day the truck was to be picked up( my advisor at this point was Vinnie) | was asked to wait as they did there final inspections. I picked the truck up late on a Friday afternoon, made it 20 minutes down the road before the vehicle turned off, coasting to a stop. Range Rover had the car towed. They held the vehicle for another 9 days, every day messaging that there were no updates on the vehicle. Finally advisor named Leslie sent a text and a video stating the engine was blown. I listened to their recommendations, incited a $4700 dollar bill, just to pick the vehicle up and only make it 20 minutes towards home. When trying to speak with them, they said I never should have paid the bill because now they can not help me. I paid Range Rover, paid off the loan, sold the truck to scrap.2023 Range Rover SV

The work requested was not all done, and the correct service (standard service, based on mileage) wasn’t done- another one was done. My… car was also there all of April for what was supposed to be items that weren’t done during January- and supposed to take 2 days. I believe the service work was finally done correctly but unreasonably slow with too many “hiccups.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. Service personnel, Cody and Jordan, worked extra hard dealing with a glitch out of their control ( one out of four new tires did not arrive on appointment… day). Discovery Service and Flat Tire

I called with a flat tire emergency and was advised to get to the dealership as… quickly as possible if safe to do so. Upon limping in to the dealership Kristen was incredibly helpful in sourcing a new tire, lodging an insurance claim on the 12 moth old tire and also suggesting that while the vehicle was in the shop to schedule a vehicle service. Thank you to the very lovely Ron and John for the courtesy vehicle drop of and pick up to and from my home. Leslie was incredibly efficient and thorough explaining the work that had been done and getting me back in my Discovery quickly. She… was pulled and tugged everywhere and yet she had a smile on her face and was a pleasure to work with. Poor Service AFTER you spend the money.
by Christina on 03/06/2023While driving our 2017 Discovery home after purchase, the airbag light came on; and just days later there is a rattle that may be affiliated with the belt (as the car feels as though there is a skip in it). Again this is all minutes and… days after we spent $36K on a car. A week+ later, I spent (4) hours at the dealership waiting for these issues to be resolved - and upon leaving I was ensured the airbag was fixed and we would be scheduled for the following week for the belt (as a Master Tech was not available on 2/10). We are now scheduled two months after purchase for service again.... Our 2018 Discovery Sport has been waiting since Oct 24, 2022 for a service repair on a "Jetting" issue. HH Landrover says they are waiting on a fluid... for 5 months? And in December, HH LandRover replaced the Windshield and days after the right frame pops out. Again, after multiple tries we are scheduled for March 21. Not Acceptable service for "valued" customers.Hi Christina, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at Land Rover Hilton Head.
