onMy car was at the dealer virtually all of January, 2024. It was a challenge to arrange a loaner car. The work requested was not all done, and the correct service (standard service, based on mileage) wasn’t done- another one was done. My car was also there all of April for what was supposed to be items that weren’t done during January- and supposed to take 2 days. I believe the service work was finally done correctly but unreasonably slow with too many “hiccups.
