Outstanding service again from Land Over of Hilton Head! A giant THANK YOU to Kristen and Leslie from the Service Team for the excellent customer service. I called with a flat tire emergency and was advised to get to the dealership as quickly as possible if safe to do so. Upon limping in to the dealership Kristen was incredibly helpful in sourcing a new tire, lodging an insurance claim on the 12 moth old tire and also suggesting that while the vehicle was in the shop to schedule a vehicle service. Thank you to the very lovely Ron and John for the courtesy vehicle drop of and pick up to and from my home. Leslie was incredibly efficient and thorough explaining the work that had been done and getting me back in my Discovery quickly. Thank you…another excellent experience at Land Rover of Hilton Head.
