I made the mistake of listening to the Range Rover mechanics recommendations. The truck was there over a month waiting on the radiator to arrive. The vehicle was dropped off on December 28th, I did not pick up the vehicle until January 31st. This was not the first time the truck was having a coolant issue. During the month I had three different advisors, Casey, Vinnie and at the very end, a Leslie. On the day the truck was to be picked up( my advisor at this point was Vinnie) | was asked to wait as they did there final inspections. I picked the truck up late on a Friday afternoon, made it 20 minutes down the road before the vehicle turned off, coasting to a stop. Range Rover had the car towed. They held the vehicle for another 9 days, every day messaging that there were no updates on the vehicle. Finally advisor named Leslie sent a text and a video stating the engine was blown. I listened to their recommendations, incited a $4700 dollar bill, just to pick the vehicle up and only make it 20 minutes towards home. When trying to speak with them, they said I never should have paid the bill because now they can not help me. I paid Range Rover, paid off the loan, sold the truck to scrap.
