    The team at Audi of Hilton Head take pride in valuing my time. I booked my appt online, dropped my car off the night before, and they called me midday to let me know my car was ready. Easy process for a regular oil change. They went above and beyond and washed my car afterwards.

  • Audi Q8 5000 mile service

    We had exceptional help from the gentlemen who checked us in first thing in the morning-he showed, explained and corrected an issue we had will our apple play set up. However, when i picked up the car a 1/2 hour before closing, the saleperson stated the amount owed, I handed over my credit card, but no itemized explanation of what was completed during my service was reviewed before or after the bill was paid (this was my first time at this dealership with my Q8) . I did forget to ask if Audi did military discounts prior to handing over my card. So when I asked after the card was charged, the person who ran my credit card said they do, but since my card was already charged he said, 'he'd see what he could do.' Nothing was done. The very next morning my daughter and I headed to Jacksonville and within 1 hour of being on the road my washer fluid light on the dash chimed and the dashboard showed fluid low. Needless to say I was NOT AT ALL HAPPY.

    With the exception of frustration with your call center for service, the service team at the dealership were great. It was a challenging issue that took a bit to resolve, they mostly kept me informed and provided a loaner and / or concierge service which was great since we were from out of state on vacation.

    Our 2021 Q7 had an issue with the main module. After way too many long and unsuccessful attempts by Audi Tech Support and Zen (whoever they are!) to update our software, I needed Audi Hilton Head to step up and get the part replaced. Both Service Rep Dante Russo and Service Manager Matt Hunt interceded and took the initiative to get part ordered. If it wasn't for them, our car would still be in "sick bay" waiting for another failed software update. I've always said in a world full of technology, people make the difference. Dante and Matt made a difference and renewed my faith in people who can resolve a technical problem!

    I assume that the 10K service was performed. I opted for a car wash. The wash was awful. Parts of the car weren't wiped - the road dirt was still there. No cleaning on the interior and no wheel shine. Have had many washes at Audi dealers and this was poor. Won't waste another 45min. for their wash next time

    Dante did a great job making sure I was taken care of during my time at the dealership. They took my car back in on time, kept me informed on the status and took some time to make sure I was good with the whole experience. Other than one time at the dealership 2 years ago, I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and highly recommend them to anyone that asks. Dante is a true asset to that dealership.

    Service Dept and Service Rep, Dante, were both couteous and quick to handle and resolve my needs for my Audi Q7. When I needed clarification on a matter after departing the dealership, both the General Manager and the Service Manager reached out to clarify the situation. Bravo! I will trust my Audi to them for my future needs.

    Excellent service. Kudos to the service team. It was easy to schedule, Dante met me, took my car in upon my arrival, explained the process, and maintained communication during the service. My car was washed, vacuumed, etc. Highly recommended.

    My tire literally exploded (showed little signs of wear), Audi's service department got me in quickly and within just a couple hours had a new tire installed and ready to go (car extra clean!) Was also able to pick out my next car during the time it took!!! thanks to non-pressure, very nice salesperson (Mr. Benson).

    Every time I go here for service it’s another issue! 1.5 hours for an oil change 3 hours for a battery replacement. This week went for a recall which I was told will take 1 hour. After 1.5 hours the service person informed me the computer was not working and the procedure had not started. In the end I needed to make another appointment and bring the car back in 2 weeks. That’s 45 miles round drip every time I bring it back. I will never buy another Audi because of the mess the service department is in.

    My last service has been a pleasant experience! Matt the service manager responded in a timely manner to make sure my car was repaired properly! His prompt attention and professionalism with this service was appreciated. I purchased my Audi A7 5 years ago and by far this was the best customer experience I have encountered. I only had my car back a 1 day but so far the problem hasn’t occurred again. I haven’t had the best experience the last few visits but this one made it for it all. I hope all of my visits will be as delightful as this one or even better.
