My last service has been a pleasant experience! Matt the service manager responded in a timely manner to make sure my car was repaired properly! His prompt attention and professionalism with this service was appreciated. I purchased my Audi A7 5 years ago and by far this was the best customer experience I have encountered. I only had my car back a 1 day but so far the problem hasn’t occurred again. I haven’t had the best experience the last few visits but this one made it for it all. I hope all of my visits will be as delightful as this one or even better.
