My last service has been a pleasant experience! Matt the service manager responded in a timely manner to make sure my car was repaired properly! His prompt attention and professionalism with this service was appreciated. I purchased my Audi A7 5 years ago and by far this was the best customer experience I have encountered. I only had my car back a 1 day but so far the problem hasn’t occurred again. I haven’t had the best experience the last few visits but this one made it for it all. I hope all of my visits will be as delightful as this one or even better. Please recognize Matt and his service team for modeling Audi philosophy by providing great service and going above and beyond to retain Audi customers! Ebony Housey Audi A7
