Tony was the sales representative who very thoroughly walked me through the features of the 2011 Avalon. He very patiently and… professionally showed me all the options, the workmanship and the finer details of this wonderful automobile. Everyone in the dealer showroom and office was friendly, considerate and very helpful in my efforts to learn as much about the car as I could. I was able to walk away with a great feeling about the integrity of the people at Spitzer. I looked at two other Toyota dealers in the area, but I was far and away more impressed with the people at Spitzer. Thank you for the wonderful experience!Very positive experience

I dealt with Mr. Pachero at Spitzer, and he took the time to look through upcoming deliveries from Toyota at his dealership and others nearby. He… found that there was only a single vehicle that had both the options package I was looking for and was the right colour, but it was going to a different dealership. He was completely honest and up front with me and told me this and the contact information for the other dealership. Less than 24 hours later, I had closed on that very car. I was very impressed with Mr. Pachero's helpfulness and his straight-up approach. He helped me get the car I needed even though it lost him business (he could very easily have told me that there were no cars in the area that met my needs and encouraged me to order from him, which would have cost me weeks worth of time). For my future Toyota needs in the Pittsburgh area, Spitzer will be the first place I call.Smooth car purchase - happy owners!

Paperwork was completed quickly and most importantly I feel like I received good deal and great trade in… price. Would use again.
