    When one calls the service department, all one gets is voicemail...and hope they call you back! Not friendly or customer oriented. I would never go to this dealer if they were the last on earth. I cannot get my recall taken care of through them as they simply do not care. I will find a caring, friendly dealer even if they are much farther away than this one.

  • Couldn't believe how we were treated!

    My husband and I bought our Prius from Spitzer and initially had a good experience. We are relocating out of state and wanted to sell our Honda prior to our move. On the 10th we had an appointment to have our Honda looked at. We were told that Spitzer would pay $1,675 for our car. We returned a week later and were first told that they didn't want to purchase the car at all and then offered $,1000. When we inquired why the car decreased in value by $675 in one week, the used car sales manager stormed over, told us "I don't want to do business with you" and asked us to leave. If they didn't want to buy our car in the first place, that was fine, but they should have said that on the 10th and not offer us close to $700 less than they offered later. I would advise anyone to stay away from this dealership. We were treated extremely rudely and disrespectfully.
