Spitzer Toyota Monroeville

I am looking for an '08 Prius, and there simply aren't any available in the Pittsburgh area. I dealt with Mr. Pachero at Spitzer, and he took the time to look through upcoming deliveries from Toyota at his dealership and others nearby. He found that there was only a single vehicle that had both the options package I was looking for and was the right colour, but it was going to a different dealership. He was completely honest and up front with me and told me this and the contact information for the other dealership. Less than 24 hours later, I had closed on that very car. I was very impressed with Mr. Pachero's helpfulness and his straight-up approach. He helped me get the car I needed even though it lost him business (he could very easily have told me that there were no cars in the area that met my needs and encouraged me to order from him, which would have cost me weeks worth of time). For my future Toyota needs in the Pittsburgh area, Spitzer will be the first place I call.
