I have purchased a number of cars in my life, but this was by far the most pleasant. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was courteous and responsive. Pat L was particularly helpful and reflective of my interests in the car I wanted to purchase. Many dealerships talk about wanting to provide good customer service, Spitzer delivered.
