    I liked that the staff who helped me was friendly and able to answer my questions. I also liked that they explained exactly what additional maintenance needed to be completed on my vehicle. I was also very pleased that because the work took so long, they offered to drive me to a local restaurant for lunch.

    the salesman was so personable and wasn't high pressure, he was knowledgeable about the cars and answered all my questions patiently, he was a really nice guy. I'd buy the Brooklyn Bridge from him.

    Honestly, I love you guys! It started from August when I purchased my new (used) car. For starters, you are close and very convenient, to me. Nice to be able to stop in on way home from work. Secondly, the service here is fantastic. I have never waited longer than an hour for anything, even when I purchased my car. And the last thing, you guys love my dog. You treat her and I great whenever we are there.

    The service staff are terrific. The facility is comfortable for waiting. Never have to wait as long as expected. I have a lot of trust in the folks doing the work.

    My sales rep Ryan was great at showing me the car, answering any questions I had, was very friendly and great customer service (he even helped me clean my car out and transfer my belonging to my new car, as well as setting up my phone with the cars Bluetooth)! Working with Ben in finance was great also! I have felt so confused before and taken advantage of at other car dealerships in the past, but Ben really made sure I understood everything and honestly wanted to get me the best deal! I would definitely recommend any of my friends to visit them for their next car purchase!

    The big reason That I love this dealership so much is becase of the Staff of sales and servive personnel, espicially the service dept. All the Service dept staff are great but the main reason is Jeannine, She always accomidates me and I hardly ever have to wait she is a solid foundation for the dealership. I hope she is always there. ty

    DJ's explanation of what was going on with my car was very helpful. He gave me options for addressing the issue and explained the pros and cons of each. Thank you for the coffee, snacks and WI-FI. It was a very comfortable environment to get some work done.

    Dropped off my car the night before for inspection, oil change, car wash. Inspection, fld ck, tire rotation done but oil change and car wash not done even though the car was there all day. I picked it up around 5:30PM. This is not the first time the car wash wasn't done. Bought the vehicle from Spitzer and told lifetime car wash but wasn't told that this would be difficult to obtain. Jeanine in the service dept is wonderful. She gave me a coupon for a free oil change since she understood that after working all day and leaving my car to be serviced ...I did not want to sit and wait while they did the oil change. Incidentally, my oil change would have been free since my car is still under the 2 yr warranty.

    From the very first contact with the sales rep Kitty through the closing of the deal, and the follow up cmmunication, my experience far exceeded expectations. Kitty is top notch, Ralph in finance was excellent, and Jim the Finance Director was superb. Over the course of the four days since my purchase, I have "sang high praises" on my experience. While I am extremely pleased with the final sale price of the vehicle, it was the professionals Spitzer has in place the made my car shopping experience truly pleasant. I have been searching and speaking with dealerships since December 2013, and due to my initial conversation with Kitty, I drove from Washington, PA. Truly exceptional!!!

  • Recommend to EVERYONE!

    At first things might have gotten started on the wrong foot. I had seen what was found to be an old banner offering $1500 off msrp. When I received a quote for less than that, I was disturbed. I did some more research with a relative who has a Toyota dealer and found the quote to be legit. I went out to Spitzer from across town and it was beyond worth it. Hannah, Steve, Sam and Bas were awesome. Sam had the patience of a saint with me and with my kids. They were good, but still five and seven and acted thay way. And Steve essentially was able to perform a magic trick to trade-in my financially upsidedown used (useless) Kia Sedona after hearing an off the cuff remark I made about wanting to be rid of it. My payments went up marginally from before, but nowhere near what I would be paying on two cars with one of them being a money pit. The entire experience was more than I could ask for.
