    I was in and out of there. I had ordered the 50,000 mile service, but did not need an oil change yet. Spitzer told me and did not charge me for something that I didn't get.

    The purchasing of the new car was simple and not pressured. People were very courteous. This is a very different experience from others that I have had.

    No pressure, everyone was friendly, greeted right away. Given multiple options in buy or lease so I could make he decision best for me. Got so much in the car for the money. Fair deal for my trade.

    The staff is friend, the coffee is good. Too long for routine maintenance on two (2) year old car under Toyota Care.

    Very easy, the salesman (Idon) was very honest and likable, friendly and not pushy. The paperwork was done fairly quickly by Ben and very well explained. We had already researched the car on-line but it was a very pleasant experience in the dealership. Car was gassed up and washed before we drove out!

    Very honest, nice sales & finance people. Jared did his best to get me the car I wanted and did not try to talk me into more. I felt very comfortable with him and just knew my son would approve of him. Plus I meet a very friendly Rav4 owner while on the lot looking and she just happened to be a service people on her way home. She was very down to earth & friendly and also convinced me that this was the place I want to be.

    I love my service agent Deana Hicks. She recently relocated to Monroeville from the North Hills so we drove about 30 miles round trip to have her as our Service Agent again. She is intelligent, professional, warm, attentive, attractive and an absolute wonderful person to have take care of my beloved 2004 Celica. She is always available to attend to any of our concerns, making several phone calls throughout the day and keeping us informed and answering any questions. She has great energy and an uplifting personality to go with it. Any company would indeed be enhanced to have Deana as their employee. Thank you, Helen L

    Thus far, I have been satisfied with your service department. You have been fast, dependable, convenient and I strongly believe that the car wash that you provide with your service shows that you care about my car's appearance and how it leaves your facility. It is a nice touch. I am hopeful that I continue to be as satisfied as I am currently. I have been greatly disappointed with other Toyota dealershis in getting my Tundra serviced in the past. The Highlander we purchased from you is our second Toyota.
