The Best Service Agent

onI love my service agent Deana Hicks. She recently relocated to Monroeville from the North Hills so we drove about 30 miles round trip to have her as our Service Agent again. She is intelligent, professional, warm, attentive, attractive and an absolute wonderful person to have take care of my beloved 2004 Celica. She is always available to attend to any of our concerns, making several phone calls throughout the day and keeping us informed and answering any questions. She has great energy and an uplifting personality to go with it. Any company would indeed be enhanced to have Deana as their employee. Thank you, Helen L
