    I felt the salesman and manager did not play the negotiating game with us. I usually have to work very hard and over a long period of time to get to a deal where the dealership and myself are both satisfied. This was my first car purchase where we agreed on the first offer.

    Friendly and efficient as always. Jennine is the best and the service team is absolutely amazing. I always feel comfortable bringing my vehicle there and confident that my vehicle will be handled properly.

  • Window fell out

    Bought a used 2010 Scion XB. Making the purchase was easy. About 1 month later the rear window fell out. Not covered by this dealer. They told me it would be inexpensive for them to repair. Expected more from Toyota and there dealer.

    My sales rep Geoff was great! He was quick to accommodate me and show me vehicles that might fit my budget. We went on a test drive and I found the car that I loved! After falling in love with the car, the company I wanted to finance through was having a hard time with my compensation due to me just getting a raise and also working off of commission. Ben, the finance manager, did everything possible and talked me through the whole process to be sure I got financed. I was a nervous, anxious mess and if it weren't for Geoff and Ben, I probably would have just went home and said forget it! Thanks guys! I really appreciate you both! Also- Geoff walked me through every little button on my car, which is something a dealership has never done for me!

    Great service from start to finish. I waited for my 40K checkup and airbag recall fix. They said I would be out in 2.5 hours and I was! Friendly, clean and complete work. Kudos to all.
