    I just had a great experience purchasing a car from Spitzer Toyota Monroeville. I went to the dealership to look at a pre-owned Jeep that I found via Carguru. That is when I met Ron & Amanda. After test driving it, I quickly decided that make and model was not for me and I was going to leave but Ron asked if I would consider a Rav4. I said sure, and we took it on a test drive, I liked it a lot but dreaded the next part... negotiations/the typical haggle... But honestly it didn't happen. I asked for time to chat it out with my mom who I had brought along to be a good sounding board, and to look over the car by myself. Ron & Amanda applied no pressure, didn't rush me at all, after a little bit they checked back in on us, I asked for a couple accommodations/negotiated, still they didn't make me feel like I was being demanding, they just said they would see what they could do and they made it happen! It was a very pleasant transaction from top to bottom. Ralph and Ben made the transaction go smoothly and now I have a great car, at a great value, with the reliability of the Toyota brand and a great dealership/staff to make sure that it serves me well! Buy from this crew with complete confidence! A+++

    We received a lot of personal and knowledgeable attention. This was the 3rd Camry hybrid we have purchased from the dealer. And it is the 6th vehicle we have purchased. We are also very pleased with the service dept.

    All service personnel were very courteous and friendly. Our car was taken on time and service was completed quicker than we expected. Liked that technicians courtesy checked all car functions and that they washed our car before giving it back to us.

    The waiting room was clean, the service was done within the time I was told it would be! Vending machine prices are lower than convenience stores and staff were friendly too!

    I was very upset and frustrated when I came in to Spitzer Toyota about a lack of customer service and attention to my concerns...I can go into detail later. However, I was taken care of by Ben, Don, and Kyle. They did their very best to regain my confidence in Spitzer Toyota and I left with a newly leased Camry.

    Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. They called with updates throughout the day and recommended to perform other maintenance but were not pushy about it and allowed the final decision to be mine. The facilities were very nice and clean, nice waiting area. I took the shuttle to work and back, very pleasant drivers and great free service that they offer within a 5-mile radius of the dealership.

    Everybody was so nice and happy. Everyone treated me with respect and it really made me feel very confident of my purchase. My salesman, Doug, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I recommended him to my friend and she purchased a new Rav 4 the next day. Honestly, I know this sounds like a commercial, but, they all really made me feel like part of their "family".

    I didn't buy my RAV4 from Spitzer Toyota, but they treated me as if I did! As soon as I pulled in, several Spitzer associates quickly approached me, directed me inside the shop (held the door, thank you!) And started working on my car's 5,000 mile check-up. I am very impressed with the Spitzer Toyota team.

    Salesperson (Doug Klenoshek) was personable, informative and very helpful without being overbearing. Did not feel like a bad or stereotypical sketchy car salesman. I had in mind a range of where I wanted to be in regards to monthly payement, there was not a ton of back forth and we got there very comfortably and easily. Team was also very helpful also when I realized I had made a mistake on something and made everything a breeze in regards to painlessly fixing it. Lot, building and service department seemed fantastic, clean and responsive. All in all a very positive experience.
