onStaff was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. They called with updates throughout the day and recommended to perform other maintenance but were not pushy about it and allowed the final decision to be mine. The facilities were very nice and clean, nice waiting area. I took the shuttle to work and back, very pleasant drivers and great free service that they offer within a 5-mile radius of the dealership.
