Spitzer Toyota Monroeville

I just had a great experience purchasing a car from Spitzer Toyota Monroeville. I went to the dealership to look at a pre-owned Jeep that I found via Carguru. That is when I met Ron & Amanda. After test driving it, I quickly decided that make and model was not for me and I was going to leave but Ron asked if I would consider a Rav4. I said sure, and we took it on a test drive, I liked it a lot but dreaded the next part... negotiations/the typical haggle... But honestly it didn't happen. I asked for time to chat it out with my mom who I had brought along to be a good sounding board, and to look over the car by myself. Ron & Amanda applied no pressure, didn't rush me at all, after a little bit they checked back in on us, I asked for a couple accommodations/negotiated, still they didn't make me feel like I was being demanding, they just said they would see what they could do and they made it happen! It was a very pleasant transaction from top to bottom. Ralph and Ben made the transaction go smoothly and now I have a great car, at a great value, with the reliability of the Toyota brand and a great dealership/staff to make sure that it serves me well!
