    It's a given I like Toyota's. Doug my sales person is what I truly liked about my experience. He has a very calming personality and was very knowledgeable at the same time. I had a couple questions and he took the time to answer my calls (even after I had my truck) to help. I had looked at the same vehicle at Greensburg and the salesman there was terrible.

    Spitzer has a courtesy shuttle that took me home after leaving my vehicle, and picked me back up when it was done. The driver was also very friendly!

    Found the RAVA4 online that I wanted, after looking at several different dealerships closer to my house. But, Spitzer Toyota had the best selection of the RAVA4 Hybrid. I called before I drove an hour away to test drive the SUV. Sam Bickel made sure it was available and had the RAVA4 Hybrid sitting out front ready for me when I arrived. Took it for the test drive and told Sam if the price was right I would purchase the RAVA4 that day.

  • On the road again

    Went for tires and alignment since you had buy 3 get 4th tire for $1. Dealer suggested battery in near future would be good idea. I purchased since didn't want to end up needing road service. Also suggested changing brake fluid and differential work since I have 4WD, which I would do on next visit. The service technician (Charles) thoroughly explained what was needed and why.

    Everyone was very friendly and kind. Especially liked the fact that we didn't get jerked around with the price that we wanted. We had a problem with the paint on our hood and it was corrected on the same day. We had an all around very pleasant experience. Dan was great to work with.

    The ease of setting up my appointment online. Charles Carter was excellent and patient guiding me thru what I needed. My car is a 16 years old Celicia and still get compliments on it. It runs great because I have been coming to your service department for many years!

    Dan did a great job working with me knowing that I was only there because I promised my daughter .... next thing you know I'm buying a 2018 Highlander Limited Platinum ... overall it was a WONDERFUL buying experience especially since I was only "looking".

    The overall experience was great, the facility was very family friendly. The play area was very helpful during the process with our 2 year old. Ben and Dan were very helpful and responsive... we visited other Toyota dealerships during our search and the customer service did not compare to Spitzer. They were also very patient and flexible since we had our toddler along.
