He has a very calming personality and was very knowledgeable at the same time. I had a couple questions and he took the time to answer my calls… (even after I had my truck) to help. But, Spitzer Toyota had the best selection of the RAVA4 Hybrid. I called before I drove an hour away to test drive the SUV. Sam Bickel… made sure it was available and had the RAVA4 Hybrid sitting out front ready for me when I arrived. On the road again
by JustJanet on 12/20/2017Went for tires and alignment since you had buy 3 get 4th tire for $1. Dealer suggested battery in near future would be good idea. I purchased since didn't want to end up needing road service. Also suggested changing brake fluid and… differential work since I have 4WD, which I would do on next visit.
