I also use the shuttle… service and Dave is always friendly and courteous and makes every effort to drop off and pick you up at the agreed upon time. The customer… service provided by the service team namely James Thomas was very professional , friendly and pleasant, and helpful to making sure my car was well serviced from start to finish. I recently took my Highlander back for an inspection/emission test and received the expected great service. Charles Carter coordinated my visit in the… service department and did a wonderful job. Long wait time for inspection
by Robin on 11/18/2022I had a 9 a.m. appointment. One of the drive in bays was under maintenance. I was waited on at 9:15 for an inspection and oil change. I chose to wait for my car but I was there for almost 2 hours which to me was far to long. At one… point I saw my car drive by the front of the dealership. The inspection, oil change and car wash was done but I waited almost another 20 minutes before I was told my car was done and ready to go. I love my car but the wait for a routine oil change and inspection was far too long. I will go elsewhere for this service next year.Waiting for the car
