My highlander did not require any special needs other than routine oil change and tire rotation but as always James Thomas was efficient and professional in getting my car checked over and me back on the road. I also use the shuttle service and Dave is always friendly and courteous and makes every effort to drop off and pick you up at the agreed upon time. Great work at Spitzer.
