Spitzer Toyota Monroeville

I had a 9 a.m. appointment. One of the drive in bays was under maintenance. I was waited on at 9:15 for an inspection and oil change. I chose to wait for my car but I was there for almost 2 hours which to me was far to long. At one point I saw my car drive by the front of the dealership. The inspection, oil change and car wash was done but I waited almost another 20 minutes before I was told my car was done and ready to go. I love my car but the wait for a routine oil change and inspection was far too long. I will go elsewhere for this service next year.
