Every time i had a question or concern or just wanted an update I would email and always got a quick response back from him. There was never a lack of… communication. He also made himself available to meet me on his day off when my bronco arrived at the dealership.Best sales snd finance guys ever

Ford F-150 Lightning Purchase
by Scott W. on 09/01/2023I cannot say enough good about the exemplary customer service I received from Sales Consultant Les Scofield, Sales Consultant Dave Flom, and Sales Manager Pat Dunn. As we negotiated the final price (including Ford Credit terms, Ford Cash… incentives, Ford price protection, and my trade-in value) it was obvious Pat and his team were working hard to put together a deal we were all happy with. On delivery day, Dave and Les worked with me to ensure the truck was; cleaned and ready to go, programmed the truck with my personal preferences, and answered all of my questions with regards to this fabulous vehicle. The entire Dick Hannah Ford team gets 5+ out of 5 stars from me. The journey from initial order reservation in July 2021 to final delivery in July 2023 was a rocky road to say the least. Ford’s challenges to get this truck into mass production and out to market are common knowledge and well documented. Having said that, the truck is exceeding all my expectations. However, it should be noted that Ford Motor Company has many, many, opportunities for improvement, especially if they ever dream of competing head-to-head with Tesla.Hi Scott W., thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us at Dick Hannah Ford. Quick and easy
by Annie.. on 06/13/2023I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduling was easy with availability within a week. Check-in was a breeze and I was in and out in an hour. They didn't try to upsell me but did let me know that I was approaching… some mileage threshold services incase I wanted to budget for those. After Sale Assistance
by NiceTruck on 06/13/2023I purchase a new truck from Dave Flom. Since I bought my truck, Dave quickly responded to two operational problems I had. First, I had a canopy installed. When I picked it up the left turn signal was blinking rapidly. All bulbs were… working. The canopy store could not solve the problem. I called Courtesy Ford and they said they could not help me. I called Dave and told him the story. He called the service department and told them the story. He said they would look at it for $180/hr. He then told me to disconnect the battery which would reset the fault. It worked. Second, I was backing my boat down the ramp. Sensors were sounding. Brakes were engaging forcing me to back down very, very slow. Later that day when we left the boat ramp, I called Dave. He guided me through the menus to turn off Sensors and Driver Assist. DEF pump replacement

WOW! "Just looking" turned into a great car and great deal

On the way home we passed Weston Ford. I bought my first Ford pick up there in 1996, so what the heck. Jake… Jordon was relaxed, friendly, and very knowledgeable. No pressure. Since we had looked at several dealerships, we knew this car was a good deal already. I asked why. He explained Weston's moto. Our trade in value was fair. The sales manger took our teenage son under his wing and explained the car business to him while we did paperwork. We have a much better car that we could have expected. A great experience. We're sold on Jake and Weston!!Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. Poor Communication

If you want good communication and updates go somewhere else. Waited 10 months for delivery my new pickup (at no fault of the dealership) but even though I continually asked for updates I would get nothing. Emails and text messages were… ignored. Maybe one of the other sales people would do a better job than George Z. Suburban Ford did honor there pricing, and the transaction was quick once the pickup showed up.A Model Ford Dealership!

I had read so many reviews of dealership horror stories when it came to purchasing new cars and specially for Broncos. All the reviews I read of Suburban Ford were great and they advertised that you pay MSRP when you order with them. Well… I can verify that they did that and more. They are what I remember car dealerships being…. Great to work with, honest, funny.. will definitely be buying our next Ford or Chevy with them. Ordered my F250 w/ Suburban Ford in Nov. 2021. I placed the order with Les Scofield, who was absolutely great to work with. Keep in mind, special orders take a while from the initial order to actually driving the truck off the lot.… Throughout the wait, Les was readily available to answer any questions I had. Overall, a great experience. Undoubtedly, I will be back to purchase my next rig at Suburban Ford in Sandy.Fantastic Truck From An Amazing Dealership !

We have purchased 5 Ford vehicles from Suburban Ford over the last 15 years. And Dave Flom has assisted us each and every time. We have been truly blessed with his professionalism and matter of fact way he helps us. There has not been… one time where we felt pressured or taken advantage of in any way. The Suburban family feels like just that. If we come in for service, someone from the sales area will recognize me and come say hi. Kinda feels like the old bar on Cheers! Dave hit the nail on the head when he told us upfront the F350 would take 6-9 months to arrive and he was dead on at 6 months 2 weeks. Thank you Erinn for your careful assistance also, we appreciate you as well. Aryn, Dylan, Tim in service - you are rock stars for putting up with our dumb questions. Thank you! Mark in finance, I wish all dealerships had men like you in that chair. Virtually painless transactions. Happiness! I purchased my first new truck from Suburban Ford. Les Scofield was amazing to work with. He was honest and literally an open book about everything, including finance and numbers. I also spent 6 hours researching tire prices… and applying coupon codes to find the best tire prices online. I assumed there is now way "the dealer" would have good prices. Then I called Sandy at accessories and she had them all beat off the bat. She knows everything about tires, suspensions, and wheels; it was impressive. I will always buy a vehicle from Suburban Ford from here on out.
