If you want good communication and updates go somewhere else. Waited 10 months for delivery my new pickup (at no fault of the dealership) but even though I continually asked for updates I would get nothing. Emails and text messages were ignored. Maybe one of the other sales people would do a better job than George Z. Suburban Ford did honor there pricing, and the transaction was quick once the pickup showed up.
