I purchase a new truck from Dave Flom. Since I bought my truck, Dave quickly responded to two operational problems I had. First, I had a canopy installed. When I picked it up the left turn signal was blinking rapidly. All bulbs were working. The canopy store could not solve the problem. I called Courtesy Ford and they said they could not help me. I called Dave and told him the story. He called the service department and told them the story. He said they would look at it for $180/hr. He then told me to disconnect the battery which would reset the fault. It worked. Second, I was backing my boat down the ramp. Sensors were sounding. Brakes were engaging forcing me to back down very, very slow. Later that day when we left the boat ramp, I called Dave. He guided me through the menus to turn off Sensors and Driver Assist. This worked great. Thanks Dave
