I cannot say enough good about the exemplary customer service I received from Sales Consultant Les Scofield, Sales Consultant Dave Flom, and Sales Manager Pat Dunn. As we negotiated the final price (including Ford Credit terms, Ford Cash incentives, Ford price protection, and my trade-in value) it was obvious Pat and his team were working hard to put together a deal we were all happy with. On delivery day, Dave and Les worked with me to ensure the truck was; cleaned and ready to go, programmed the truck with my personal preferences, and answered all of my questions with regards to this fabulous vehicle. The entire Dick Hannah Ford team gets 5+ out of 5 stars from me. The journey from initial order reservation in July 2021 to final delivery in July 2023 was a rocky road to say the least. Ford’s challenges to get this truck into mass production and out to market are common knowledge and well documented. Having said that, the truck is exceeding all my expectations. However, it should be noted that Ford Motor Company has many, many, opportunities for improvement, especially if they ever dream of competing head-to-head with Tesla.
