We have purchased 5 Ford vehicles from Suburban Ford over the last 15 years. And Dave Flom has assisted us each and every time. We have been truly blessed with his professionalism and matter of fact way he helps us. There has not been one time where we felt pressured or taken advantage of in any way. The Suburban family feels like just that. If we come in for service, someone from the sales area will recognize me and come say hi. Kinda feels like the old bar on Cheers! Dave hit the nail on the head when he told us upfront the F350 would take 6-9 months to arrive and he was dead on at 6 months 2 weeks.
