by bonniecarpe on 10/28/2019I was caught off-guard with my car problem - all of a sudden vibrating like crazy upon acceleration. I called Kendall Honda and got an appointment the next morning. When I got there, I was told what the plan was going to be. I was informed… of a free shuttle service so I didn't miss my other appointment that day. Tricia Toner kept in touch with me all the way, went over and above the call of duty in making my experience pleasurable (I didn't want to leave the wonderful waiting area) by doing all the nasty Insurance co. calls to see what was covered and she went to bat for me to ensure that this was actually a great experience - and I got a free car wash too.We always strive to provide top quality service to every guest, and are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your experience with Tricia.

Service department is awful

Honda CR-V service was SUPER
by jameesp on 09/23/2019My second CR-V, I took it in for the second oil change. With a new set of tires on and preparing for a major trip, the staff meticulously checked out my 2018 Honda. Assuring me of alignment, changing the oil, and other inspections found… that a mouse had invaded the vehicle, but was thwarted. They helped me avoid what could have become an expensive damage issue.Hello, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!

Best car you can buy!
by kaycstamper on 06/05/2019I bought my 2007 Honda Civic new at Kendall Honda. They did my service work, it was the next best thing to having a husband to take care of it! In over 11 years, it never broke down, never left me stranded. I always knew where I'd go… when the time came to buy again, and I just did that. I'm loving my new Honda Civic, this time I got an automatic 4-door. I'm surprised by how roomy it is! It seems every year they improve on it's comfort. If you want a car to depend on, shop for a Honda Civic! I have a friend that owns and operates an auto website and he also bought a Honda Civic, he swears by them!Thank you for your review Kay. Kendal Honda Review
by JdGeeBee on 04/02/2019Horrible experience. Will not return and would not recommend. Overcharged me for the wrong parts, parts missing that I was billed and invoiced for. Cut direct check for reimbursement instead of correcting the contract so I get to pay the… interest to the finance company for their error. Definitely feel like they put the wrong parts on and left parts off and over charged me in an attempt to make more money. 100 percent incompetent in fixing the problem. Our sales consultant, Paul Casey was very thorough in explaining the features and allowed us to take a test drive by ourselves. The entire sales… process was straight forward, low key and without any pressure. The finance guy was the same... no pressure. This was probably our best experience in buying a new vehicle and we've bought a number of them over the years. I had a minor issue which the service department promptly diagnosed and repaired.Mixed review

The disappointment came with the rude, careless, condescending additude of Joshua Beard, the financial guy. Didn't ask… pertinent questions, so as things had to be rewritten. And it was so much trouble to do so. Said it would be easier for us to contact our financial institutions, and see if they could change it. It made me angry enough, I was ready to not purchase the car, all because of these tactics. This was our 4th purchase in 12yrs. from Kendall, and may be our last. Kendall Ford purchase was great. My nerves were certainly something I was vocal about and they were handled with… kindness and understanding by the salesman I worked with. In the interest of transparency, I feel I should disclose I was socially familiar with Honda's salesman, Dave, before this transaction. This said, I truly believe that Dave worked hard to make the overwhelming process of buying a car, into an event that I would feel excited about. It felt refreshing to know that my comfort and contentment as a consumer meant more to Kendall than simply getting a sale. It seems Kendall Honda has cultivated wisdom in their employees that a happy customer will support their company, not once, but many times over... and be sure to tell the world about it. Not only did I drive away from the dealership in a brand-new car that I love, but I felt genuinely cared for by each employee that I came across throughout my afternoon in the store.
