Four hour oil change
by Mimzy1974 on 05/10/2024Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Four hours later, it was finished without the rotation cause they said I need new tires. There were not many customers, and I was not warned it would take forever. Probably won't go back. Sad cause… I've gone here for 15 yrs. New Tires

Disappointing Experience
by OdysseyOwner on 04/10/2024Called and scheduled an appointment for B7 maintenance. Was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I planned to wait. When I arrived the next day for the appointment I had to wait for a service advisor. Then was told it would take 3 + hours… since they were very busy even though I had an appointment. So I took the shuttle home. When I picked up my van the key number on the ticket was incorrect so I was giver the wrong key fob. I was sent out to locate my van. There were three odysseys all the same color in the area. They were all backed in so I couldn’t see the license plates to determine which was mine. Upon pressing the key fob a CRV blinked its lights. So I had to get the service advisor to find my key. Very poor service compared to the Toyota dealer where we take our other vehicle.Thank you for your feedback, please know that we are looking into your concerns and will reply back to you soon.

Once there I only had to wait a few minutes to see Scott. Every time I’ve had my car serviced… at South Point Honda they always give me an up front estimate of the work I want done and an estimated time when it would be done.
