Four hour oil change

onWent in for oil change and tire rotation. Four hours later, it was finished without the rotation cause they said I need new tires. There were not many customers, and I was not warned it would take forever. Probably won't go back. Sad cause I've gone here for 15 yrs. It's progressively declined and today was it.
