    My brakes went out completely. SP Chevy fixed me up within a week, and it cost much less than I thought it would. The people kept me updated throughout, and I feel great about having gone in!

    On 11/24, I scheduled my car for service on 11/30. My thermostat was out. I informed the service department. I did not get my car until 12/4. Corey was great as far as his attitude, but the dealership was horrible. Nobody ever followed up with me. I had to call every single time for an update. Service is absolutely horrible. I will never go back for service nor would I buy a car from them. If this is how I get treated by brining them business, then I will look elsewhere for my service and car purchase needs.

  • Jody Moore deserves a raise!!

    I have been coming to this location for servicing for a few years now but yesterday was a different type of experience. I was quickly and kindly greeted by Jody Moore and I was blown away by his overall great attitude, his thoughtfulness, his attention to detail and his ability to explain everything to me so I could understand it. I’m not sure that I’ve ever met a kinder customer service representative in my life. After I got the call that my car was ready, he thoroughly explained the video they make during the service and had recommended at a later time I get them serviced. He wasn’t pushy and he went above and beyond on a Saturday when he was the only person working at the time. I highly recommend Jody for a raise at least and he should be considered for advancement if he so pleases because he is very good at what he does.

    I have used South Pointe to service my 07 Tahoe for the past ten plus years and have always been satisfied with their work. Recently, I had my vehicle in for service three times within three months for the same issue which remained unresolved; however, once the general manager got involved, my issue was resolved within three days and the dealership paid the cost. My confidence in South Pointe service has been restored!

    I had an engine failure near Tulsa, so glad I called South Pointe Chevrolet and was able to speak with Cory. My issue was diagnosed in a timely manner and significant repairs were completed, approval was handled with the extended warranty company, attention to detail was obvious. We do not live near South Pointe but intend to make it our dealership of choice!

    The service member who helped me made me feel like he was trying to scam me. First, he did not open my door to speak to be at drop off. After being in my truck for a few minutes, I opened my door and he came over. Then he sent me a text saying what all was wrong with my truck asking me to approve the work via a website. The total for said work was over $2,000. I asked him via text if he would come and explain to me what was going on and he replied for me to come to service bay and find him. Then I asked about my warranty and he said did you buy one? Chevy comes with a 60k/5yr power train warranty which would of covered a couple big ticket items on the long list of things he said needed fixed. What really got me is when my husband takes my truck he get yes sir, no sir and they come to waiting room and talk to him. I get texts, you come to me and not once was I called ma’am. Being a women shouldn’t be a liability. I took my truck over to Jim Glover where they treat me with the most respect and where they know what the standard warranty is on all Chevys. It’s a real bummer because your dealership is less than 5 minutes from my house.

    Service advisor Collin was very nice. He took the time to explain everything to me. And they didn't try to force me into having work done that didn't need to be done. Had to answer "no" to some of the questions below because there was no work done at this time.
