onI have used South Pointe to service my 07 Tahoe for the past ten plus years and have always been satisfied with their work. Recently, I had my vehicle in for service three times within three months for the same issue which remained unresolved; however, once the general manager got involved, my issue was resolved within three days and the dealership paid the cost. My confidence in South Pointe service has been restored!
