Poor complaint options

onThe good: Was able to set up my service appointment with ease. After service was completed, My vehicle was ready the same day. The Bad: Had a minor issue after getting home with vehicle and called the dealership ship. Not able to reach service adviser when calling in. Voice male boxes full. Transferred me around multiple times. Got tired of going through the press this and press that to get nowhere. Finely gave up.
