Dealership Service Review
Very poor communication on service center’s part. I am so disappointed in the lack of transparency and honesty. I brought my vehicle in and told the service center that my radiator in my Jeep was leaking antifreeze. The service center stated my radiator was fine because a pressure test was ran. The service center said my AC condenser needed replaced and would cost $1800. The very next day the service center called and stated there was a pinhole leak in radiator also. I asked to get second opinion and the service technician put me on a 2 minute hold and then returned to the call to state that the radiator was now leaking heavily. The service center stated the radiator needed replaced and an added $800 would be charged. I do not believe there was transparency in diagnosing issue. We felt ignored that we brought the vehicle in and told the technician that the radiator was leaking antifreeze. I am in disbelief that a pressure test was even ran. We were promised the car would be fixed the next day and that turned out NOT to be true. We were never communicated with on the progress of fixing our vehicle.
