by Tiffany F on 02/28/2025I wasn't pleased at all; I had my car towed on 1-28 to Bob Howard Acura. I was assigned to Mark and he called me on 1-29 to ask a few questions about the car. I told Mark I think the transmission went out and I purchased the Car from BOB… HOWARD ACURA 10 month prior on 3-20-24, so he advised me he would look into my warranty. One week had passed and I had not heard anything from MARK, I called the following week to see if any updates on my vehicle, he stated that the tech had not got around to the inspection and that he would get back with me as soon as the car was diagnosed, still no follow-up and another week past. I called MARK on the following week still with no update or follow-up. I contacted MARK on 2-17 and asked for updates, at this time he had my car diagnosed with an estimated cost for repairs and what the warranty would cover. Once I agreed to the repairs which was estimated to cost me 4800.00, MARK told me my car would be ready for pick-up on 2-19 and he would CALL me for pick-up. That day came and I never received a phone call back, I waited patiently and never harassed him the entire time my car was in the shop. I called back on 2-26 and he FINALLY let me know my car is ready for pick up and said my car was ready. The customer Service was horrible, MARK was very arrogant when speaking with me and lack empathy from the first day. I feel MARK was so unprofessional and Unethical with providing no recommendations or alternative options. I work at FRANCIS TUTTLE, and I have several witnesses of how I was treated from MARK and his unprofessional behavior. Upon my car being returned the AC was not working but it worked Prior to this fix. I called CJ which MARK referred me to; it was his supervisor. The moment I spoke with CJ and understood why MARK had no customer service skills, because of the LEADERSHIP. CJ came off very arrogant, incentive and lack empathy and over explaining parts that I have no ideal(wasting time). I can tell MARK doesn't have a good reputation at your company, because when I picked my car up, the employee where side eyeing and subliminally talking about him and lack of accuracy. I would never recommend anyone to this company and will make several reviews about my experience. This is my first review every and the experience had to really be traumatizing for me to take the time to voice my concerns. MARK is going to be a problem for this company. My voice and review will reach millions about my experience with this company.Maintenance Service

Mysterious Drive Line Issue
by kapksk2022 on 04/03/2024It was great. I had a mysterious shudder. David Hoffman got the service tech to diagnose it. He couldn't replicate it, so David had me drive with the service tech. We did find the shudder and had a good discussion about 2 potential causes,… both insignificant.Thank you so much for your excellent input! Falling Short of Expectations
by Disappointed on 03/08/2024I took my vehicle to the service dept and explained two specific issues I was experiencing. The following morning, I received a text message with a link to a list of items they discovered needed attention in the multi point inspection they… completed. Since this was a vehicle my wife and I use daily, I expressed the need to have it back as soon as possible. The service associate said he would do the best he can to get it done by the end of the day and to give him a call if I didn’t hear from him. I called at the end of the day and he said he needed the following day to finish the work. I asked if he could have it done by midday because we needed the vehicle and he said there shouldn’t be a problem with that. When I called midday, he said it would be later in the day before it would be finished. When I call at 3:35, he said it should be done by 5 PM. When I showed up at 5:10 PM, there was still another item that they did not complete. In addition to that, one of the items that I explained needed to be looked at was never looked at and was not listed on the invoice of items they completed. While they did take 10% off the invoice for not having the vehicle ready by the end of the day, being without a vehicle for two days and not addressing both items definitely fell short of my expectations .I’m sorry for the inconvenience you faced regarding a service issue. Dip spit on my seat. Still had an error light on when I picked the car up.
by BHsucks on 09/26/2023I paid $1400 for an electrical issue. They didnt test the battery until a week after starting the work. The battery was nearly new. When I picked up the car from service there was still an error light on. They fixed the issue, but said they… didn’t cause the new light and although they did fix it before I left that “the car has 130,000 miles, it could break on the way home and it’s not their fault”. There was someone’s tobacco dip spit on my passenger seat. I’ve never had a bad experience with BH before this (so I’ll give them more than 1 star), but it was so bad I don’t think I can ever return. They took over a week to fix the car and spit their dip in it. Insane.Poor Customer Service
by 1saritaj on 09/21/2023I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and still had over a two hour wait for an oil change and alignment. They also charged more than what their website quoted. Instead of correcting the issue, all three associates argued and give… me two reasons as to why that is, 1. website prices are not correct (not my fault) 2. That it was “Houston’s” fault (not sure if Houston is an employee, location that manages the prices or it was meant as a joke). They never did correct the price. I paid the full amount and told them that I would not use them again. Their response was simply “we’re sorry”. As I was leaving I received the most sarcastic HAVE A GREAT DAY. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Bob Howard.Tahoe Service & Warranty
by DimasPascua on 09/05/2023Just wanted to give David Hoffman from Bob Moore Buick in Edmond, Oklahoma service department for taking care of our service needs for our 2015 Chevy Tahoe. He has been our service advisor for nearly 3 years now and has been really honest… on what services are required and does not try to push on other services that are not needed or if they are, he will suggest to wait when we are ready. We had some major services done as well as some warranty rework. He also managed to reduce some of the costs of the repairs and he reminded us of our GM rewards and was able to also apply it to the total cost. We are so thankful for his great service and he’s not only that he take la pride of what he does, he will take care of you down to the last penny! Thanks again David!
