Thank God for Harold Story

Initially contacting three other Hyundai dealerships in the Tulsa and Muskogee areas, we were discouraged by the lack of… professionalism. Regional Hyundai in Broken Arrow was an unknown entity to us at the time until Harold Story reached out to us. Harold is the only individual who took the initiative to go the extra mile from our initial meeting to the closure of the sale. Harold is the new car buyers dream salesman it was like working with a good friend who possessed an extensive background in the Service of Hyundai vehicles that earned our confidence and our business. Harold went above, and beyond any of our expectations, working diligently to ensure that we drove home in our New 2017 Hyundai Sonata. Sincerely, The Fedsawesome service

by Malcolm on 12/31/2016You be the judge. 10 days ago went in to look at making a deal decided to wait. Went back today and salesman and I made a deal and I allowed to pull credit and things were going good, after 20min guy comes and tells me my car devalued… $3,000 in 10 days. GM comes and says when I make a deal with salesman it has to be approved by him. Buying cars as much as I do, when a salesman says let's finish paperwork and pull credit it's a pretty done deal, minus financing. So advice, make sure GM has said yes it's ok before you know it's a done deal.Excellent service experience

by Mak_mcintosh on 12/14/2016I purchased a used vehicle from them and two weeks after my check engine light came on. The warranty did not go into effect until 30 days after purchase. I called and spoke with management and they notified to bring the vehicle back to… their service dept and they will get it fixed. The warranty I purchased called for a $200 deductible and covers a rental vehicle. They gave me a rental vehicle and completed all maintenance on the vehicle and all they asked was for what I would have paid if warranty would have covered it. I was very impressed on how they handled it and made the situation right, even when they did not have too. Hands down from the receptionist to the maintenance staff and all other I had contact with took care of me like family. I would reccomend my friends and family to purchase a vehicle from them cause they will ensure you walk away happy. This day and age it's very rare to find a company that stands behind their products and puts customer first they did just thatGreat Salesman and Person

by lamwebsite on 12/11/2016I have heard all of good thing about Hyundai Regional and his Hyundai Salesman from my golfing buddy's for years. My negotiation takes less than 5 minutes. I did not have to haggle and neither the salesman, Bill Chaalan. It just… reminded me of my experience years ago buying a GM Saturn. I was Lexus owner buying 3 Lexus since 2001 and I have never have to haggle since I determined from the first Lexus that the Tulsa Lexus salesman seemed to be very truthful. The 2nd and 3rd time I knew general ideas about the performance and the price of the car searching the net. The last one when I complained to Lexus about some flakes coming out of my AC. Lexus paid some company to analyze the flakes and they said it was from the human skin (mine!). I took their words because I cannot argue with the expert. #, 4 months later I found out coincidently that the flakes peeled of from my own cheap sun windshield cover. I lost my faith in Lexus and swore never buy anything from that Tulsa Lexus Dealer.great service

I had been calling and speaking with Cam in the service dept., and I have a 2015 sonata turbo, well the tube coming from the air filter to the turbo had deteriorated where it joined up with… turbo. well they ordered the part and then it kept not showing up, cam would call to update me and I would call cam for an update, well this went on for 2 months. well this week Tuesday I called and cam wasn't in so Wayne took the call he looked at the ticket and was stunned it took this long, he said he would look into it personally and call me back. and he did look into and called me back the next day, he explained that it was a manufacturing defect and Hyundai had redesigned the part, and that is why it took so long, but he put a call in to his contact at the central parts warehouse and got the newly redesigned part rushed over to him. he really stepped up and went above and beyond to take care of me. he explained everything and did the follow-up work. I'm highly impressed and glad I choose a Hyundai for me car. cant say enough good things about Wayne and the way he took control of the situation and got me taken care of.Good service

This is probably the first time I have had a consultant be as diligent, professional, and willing to explore all avenues… for the right purchase. She was very, polite, social, and knew her vehicles well. She also help us in every way to understand all the features of the new car we purchased and did do a follow up with us. She check to see if there was any other questions, and offered solutions to help us. I found her to be very positive, confident, and helpful in our quest for a new SanteFe. Thank you Regional Hyundai for another good experience, and a great vehicle. We are well pleased. We both recommend your dealership and Ms Barela to our friends and acquaintance. First of all I had mind set on a vehicle when I contacted them in the first place, I never even got to see that particular vehicle, take it for a test drive or nothing. I… did tell salesman exactly what I am looking for, and what payments I am looking for. I feel like at first he ignored all that, until negotiations took place, and he finally understood that I am not out to spend a fortune on a car. The last time I dealt with a car salesman was a year ago at Jackie Cooper in south Tulsa, and that was the most wonderful experience I have had in my life. honestly, I should have just went back to them. When I was finally shown a car that he stated was affordable for me, he could not even tell me the correct price. Moving on, Lets talk about the finance department, when I asked how much my title, tags, and fees were are going to be, he was not able to give me a straight answer. The finance man at Jackie cooper, pulled out his calculator, and took the time to tell me how much I am looking at for it. over all my experience was not bad, I did leave with a really good vehicle, not the price that I was looking to spend, or the payments. On the flipside the salesman was very nice, and had a great personality.New car purchase

He asked what I would be intrested in and that he would have everything… set up for me before I even got there. I had to work late so I sent my wife to look at a few cars since this was for her. My wife was amazed at their customer service skills and how she didnt feel pressured into anything and really felt comfortable. We have bought plenty of cars but by far this is the most Honest, Upfront car dealership you will run across. The people there actually care about you not about selling you a car.
