Regional is the BEST
by caliokieboi on 10/03/2016updated 10/14/2016I received an awesome deal on an awesome car. The entire process from start to finish was faster here than any dealership I have dealt with in all My 52 years. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. If You are in the market for a… new car this IS the place to come. I could NOT be happier with both my new car and the dealership. All That and More
by bevje_86 on 10/11/2016Purchasing my new vehicle at Regional Hyundai was the easiest car buying process I have ever experienced. Colby Burns, sales associate found me the car I wanted even though it was not on Regional Hyundai's lot. From the beginning to the end… Colby was responsive to my questions and my requests. Vincent Marcheselli, arranged a financing package that fit my needs. From the sales persons, to the support staff, to the service department, Regional Hyundai is a class act!!Stereotype of an used car salesman still alive
by unhappy136 on 03/06/2016The sales manager treated me like .... since the papers were signed. He's obviously not looking for repeat customer. I called thinking they were unaware of an error. Come to find out he was the one who orchestrated the deception. I… called to speak to the GM. He never called me back. Be careful. I hated that the stereotype of 'all car salesman are crooks' applied here.Entire experience pleasant
by 2014car3 on 09/30/2014Located a vehicle on-line and emailed to inquire about it. Received three different responses from three different people at dealership. This could have been a negative, but two of the responses were "form" response and did not answer my… question. The third response answered my initially emailed questions and contacted me by phone. I arranged a price (by email/phone) for the car I was interested in and arranged to test drive (prior to finalizing). When I arrived the car was waiting and we took it for a short test drive; agreed to the pre-arranged price; and bought the car. There was very little haggling (used about 5 different resources prior to contacting dealership to determine fair price) and price agreed to was less than TMV from this site. Overall a pleasant experience with helpful sales person from internet department (Ron Towry); would recommend to others.Very Happy with my purchase experience
by bladerunnner on 09/19/2009I purchased a car at Automax Hyundai of Broken Arrow in August of 2009 during the Cash for Clunkers madness. I did my research, and contacted their Internet Sales team. From the moment I submitted my request they responded quickly, answered… all my questions. We set a time for me to come in and view their inventory. I was shocked that they had the car pulled in their VIP area for me. It not only saved me time, it made me feel special. My Internet Sales person was their to greet me with a smile. The buying process was the best I have ever had. Everything went great. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase. They made it so simple. I wish all car dealers were like this. They have all new management and treat their customers great. I will send all my friends and family here. Thanks so much for treating like I wanted to be treated. Not happy
by not_happy on 04/10/2009I purchased an auto in 2008 and traded in an auto that was paid for. When I took it back to trade 14 months later,I was so far upside down, it was ridiculous. However, I was told by the original salesperson that when I brought it back to… trade in a year I was guaranteed to receive what was due on it without it effecting the new purchase. When I repeated this at trade in time, I was basically told that would not happen. On top of this, I was put off and went for 2 days with unanswered phone calls from the General Manager down. The salesperson was very nice. Management needs to be fired and replaced. I would be ashamed to own a company that treats its customers with such little respect. Yes, I bought a vehicle from this dealer 14 months ago, never again. There are other Hyundai dealers. You're an uninformed ignorant consumer...you should have done your homework and known better before you worked up your "deal". Anyone with half a brain knows you don't get ANY good deals trading in a car. Hope you learned your lesson.
They do mean "deals are automatic"
by skiotter on 07/05/2008If you don't like to haggle or negotiate best deal, this place will suit you. I'm not convinced that they are the best price, as they are consistently well above invoice and consistently quote prices higher than their direct competing… dealer. The "2 for one" deals they advertise are a joke. You can get those deals anywhere...as they require you to do 25% down to get the loan amount to the stated terms. If you do try to haggle, prepare for pain. The salepeople are nice, but powerless. An intermediate manager will walk the floor, back and forth, from you to the store owner, giving you snippets of details (sale price, terms, trade in value, etc.). But, you'll never get the full picture in one sitting. In the end, when you back out the owner may finally visit with you, but only to offer you some minor concession that doesn't make sense since the full picture was never presented at one time. This is a sloppy and painful sales process, so stick to walk in, pay and go with Automax.Great Experience
by classicbc on 02/07/2013updated 06/13/2025We had an unbelievable experience at Regional Hyundai! They are true professionals! Treated with exceptional customer service from the moment we walked in the door. Forrest and Vincent were amazing to say the least. Bought 3 vehicles from… them... I will go back!Buy a Hyundai, But From Another Dealer
by thebrez1 on 01/04/2013updated 06/13/2025This a fair review. My entire family is now at risk of serious injury or death if we have an auto accident! I love my Tucson and would have been a customer for life. I was totally sold on Hyundai. When I bought the car 5 years ago, the… process was professional and relatively painless. At that time it was known as CarMax Honda. I was so pleased I wrote a two page letter for them to use as a marketing tool. It is now Regional Hyundai. I had one repair for power steering pump and was not charged. I had been thinking about purchasing an Elantra to replace my old truck since I have rented several of them during business trips. The Service Advisor (James P.) is professional and courteous. Here is where my heart burn comes in. I had an air bag sensor light come on several months ago and I stopped by to have them look at it. I was told it would be $45.00 for them to look at it even though it was under warranty and was a safety item. I did not have the money and did not think to get it documented and they did no actual work, so it was not input into the maintenance program. My mistake. Today, I took the car in for rear plugs and to get the air bag looked at. I am now 13,000 mile UNDER the mileage but 45 days OVER the 5 year warranty. Cost to repair $460.00. They have offered to pay labor if I pay the remaining $311.00 in parts. Not acceptable. Even if I had not been in two months prior, a safety item like NO airbags, so close to warranty, I would take care of it to keep a loyal customer. I have sent several people to look at Hyundais but I will tell a lot MORE people about how bad their customer service has been. I went from being very happy to VERY dissatisfied. I will never buy another Hyundai, ESPICALLY from this dealer. Buy your Hyundai elsewhere. Hyundai makes a very good vehicle but do your homework regarding dealers and DONT BUY FROM REGIONAL HYUNDIA on 71st street in Broken Arrow!Outstanding
by morris72 on 09/26/2013updated 06/13/2025Contacted dealer via E-Mail for a quote based on Edmond's suggested price. The dealer not only met the price, they offered an even lower price and verified it by return E-Mail. At the dealership, the price was honored and the transaction… was simple, quick and easy. Outstanding service.Regional Hyundai Rocks !!!!
by oldstuff777 on 07/27/2013updated 06/13/2025I completely enjoyed the buying experience at Regional Hyundai from initial contact to final purchase. Colby is very competent and a great guy. Regional Hyundai is lucky to have him. I visited two other dealerships without spending a penny.… Colbys knowledge of the vehicles and his friendly manner impressed me. Thanks Colby !!!!Cocky Old Man for Internet department
by ttownsouth on 05/08/2011updated 06/13/2025They have some [violative content deleted] running the internet department, got to the dealership and asked what they wanted for the car he told me they could get and he said MSRP, I counter offered and the cocky attitude began along with… the story about how the car I wanted was the best sellling car on the market (might be a contender..but best)....2 minutes later I was gone. He is probably some lifelong car salesman who somehow got promoted to the internet department.....too old and cranky and old school for me. Went down the road in Tulsa to Don Carlton and found the personality types I wanted and most people would prefer.Exceeded Expectations
by siddgames on 02/13/2013updated 06/13/2025I buy shop online regularly but this was the first time I initiated a purchase this big via the Internet. I solicited quotes from the 3 Hyundai dealers in the area and intended to visit all of them. I went to Regional first to test drive an… Elantra and hit it off really well with them. Colby was super helpful, friendly, not pushy, and we ended up working out a deal I was happy with on the spot. Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations and I expect to visit them again when I'm ready for another vehicle.BUYER BE WARE!! Always check with BBB
by LOOK_AT_THIS on 01/04/2014updated 06/13/2025My experience with Regional Hyundai and their business mgr. was a bad one to say the least. My daughter purchased a car from them and her being a first time buyer did not know what to look out for in contracts and the added costs and dealer… profit that can be tacked on to a used car purchase. Her purchase was a bad business decision on her part. There were $4489.00 worth of add on warranties and gap coverage added to the sale of the car. Where the problem come in is when we try to cancel the extended warranties and the gap insurance. All of the warranty and gap policies can be canceled at any time and the remaining money paid in be refunded. The finance and business mgrs. at Regional Hyundai will do everything to avoid completing the paper work needed to be filed with the warranty companies to get the refund process going. I see from reports on the BBB site that I am not the only one with this problem with this business mgr. The general mgr. with the dealer ship is also no help, he has someone screening his calls and will not return them. On my last visit to the dealer ship the business mgr. just flat out told me that to get the refund that I would have to hire a lawyer! Always check any business rating web site like Edmonds.com and the BBB.com for other people's experience with a company before you consider doing business with them. and as always let the BUYER BE WARE!Bad experience! Lied about contract details for a leased vehicle.
by Unhappy_2013 on 08/21/2013updated 06/13/2025DON"T DO IT! The finance manager did not verbally disclose key elements of the lease contract (disposition fee and type of contract). He did confirm (verbally) there is no disposition fee and the contract was a lease contract and not a… balloon contract. The staff is very nice before the deal is closed, but you will be in big trouble after the sale, or if there are any issues. Also, verbal agreements mean nothing unless it's in the contract! Finance manager was extremely rude. The dealership did not return calls or made any efforts to resolve the issue, besides lying and offering a $100 goodwill via a reply to the BBB complaint. It seems there is nobody to talk to above the finance manager and the owner/president/ of the dealership is not available. My complaint is registered with the BBB. I highly recommend you to take your business elsewhere, based on my own experience, or you should bring your lawyer to carefully review the contract and addendum and be a witness to everything is said pre-sale. I was very excited initially to purchase a vehicle from them, however the finance manager convinced me not to do so in the future. I was extremely close to take legal action to dispute the contract. I am still shocked of the whole situation and do not understand to this day why the finance manager can get away with this type of behavior. They went out of their way to provide the worst post-sale customer service. Even when they responded to the BBB complaint they were lying in their affirmations and were trying to put the blame on me, the customer. My review can be confirmed, so please contact me for additional information if you have questions. Note to: the dealership: unfair practices and misinformation will hurt your business in the long term. Instead of offending your customers with a $100 goodwill, you should provide better customer service, be truthful and responsive. We don't want goodwill!
