Regional Hyundai

I purchased a used vehicle from them and two weeks after my check engine light came on. The warranty did not go into effect until 30 days after purchase. I called and spoke with management and they notified to bring the vehicle back to their service dept and they will get it fixed. The warranty I purchased called for a $200 deductible and covers a rental vehicle. They gave me a rental vehicle and completed all maintenance on the vehicle and all they asked was for what I would have paid if warranty would have covered it. I was very impressed on how they handled it and made the situation right, even when they did not have too. Hands down from the receptionist to the maintenance staff and all other I had contact with took care of me like family. I would reccomend my friends and family to purchase a vehicle from them cause they will ensure you walk away happy. This day and age it's very rare to find a company that stands behind their products and puts customer first they did just that
