I did my research and traded in a Toyota RAV4 lease early, and when they saw all the research I had done they took me right back to the sales manager. We discussed my research for a few minutes… and I felt that I got a very fair deal on my trade-in and purchase. About 5 minutes of negotiations and we were done! I've owned the car for 19 months now (LOVE it!) and this dealership has been wonderful for all of my service appointments. I even remember that the day I picked it up they had a sales guy come and teach me about all the features in the car and make me comfortable before I drove off the lot. So happy I chose Ganley Wickliffe!2014 Subaru Legacy Premium

Unethical Business practices!
by jmt87 on 10/09/2010This dealership is managed very poorly. They are extremely dishonest and unreliable. They have no respect for their customers and no principles. They had no problem selling a car right out from under me. It is shameful that this is how… they run their business. I traveled an hour and a half to buy a Subaru I found on their used car lot via craigslist. I put down $500 to hold the car because it was too late in the day to get a response in regards to the financing. I was assured that the $500 would hold the car for me in the meantime. I was finally contacted 2 days later and was informed that the purchase would require a co-signer. I was told to call back before they closed with the information and they would mail out the paperwork to be notarized. When I called back to give them the information about the co-signer, I was informed they sold the car. I would not recommend doing business with this company.Would Never Return!
by kieran0325 on 09/19/2009Went there on my lunch break to check out the 2010 Legacy. On entering there were 2 "suits" at the front desk. Neither one even looked up to welcome me to the store. After I took my own brochure from the wall, one of them called back to the… rear offices for a salesperson to "attend" to a customer! Still no words to me? Then this guy shows up and has the personality of a piece of toast; with no enthusiasm to show me inside any of the vehicles on the lot. I seemed to know more about the car than him! I left there without even scheduling a test drive; and I would never return, or advise anyone else to go there either! I could have been a company buyer looking to purchase 5 units, and they would've lost over 100K in sales!Bad Experience
by thebenkos on 11/15/2007From the financing to selling the car and then attempting to get the remainder of an extended warranty that the dealer never activated has been nothing but a hassle. I have three sets of paperwork and I only signed two. I paid $1000.00… for an extended warranty that never got paid to the warranty company EasyCare. Where is my $1000.00? Who has my money? Why was it never accounted for on the books? I get the run around from the General Manager at Ganley Auto Mall and was told "if I am not satisfied then get an attorney, I have on on retainer 24/7, see where that gets you". As a consumer I should not have to put up with automobile sales tactics like this when Thomas Ganley is on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland area National Automobile Dealers Association. His dealerships should set higher standards. I felt sick every time I would drive the vehicle after the way I was treated during the sale, that is the only reason I went to Saturn of Chapel Hill and got rid of the vehicle I purchased at Ganley Auto Mall. Now I get a hassle about Ganley Auto Mall not sending the money I paid for an extended warranty to the warranty company. It was, and still is, the worst automobile purchasing experience of my life.Exceeded Expectations!!

Best car buying experience yet!
by shaina0707 on 05/03/2013updated 06/03/2025I purchased a Subaru XV Crosstrek a few weeks ago - traded in a RAV4 lease early to switch to the Subaru and am so happy I made the decision to purchase a Crosstrek from Ganley in Wickliffe! I did a lot of research on my trade-in and… purchase before coming in, and I worked with Wayne (the GM) on the deal in about 10 minutes! It was the best car dealership experience I have had and I could not be happier with my experience. I tried several Subaru dealerships on the west side before coming out to Ganley, and my experience with the other dealerships was horrible - unwilling to negotiate numbers based on my research and one dealership never even got to the point of discussing numbers after several hours! Once I worked out the numbers on the Crosstrek, I worked with Bob in sales to finish up the deal. Once the car was delivered from out-of-state, Bob took the time to show me all of the features on the car and answer all of my questions - I've never had such great customer service from a car salesman! I would recommend everyone in the market for a Subaru to go to Ganley Subaru of Wickliffe!Great dealership. Great salesman

Even though my husband and I arrived in the middle of a nasty snow storm, Kolin still made the experience as… smooth as possible. We told him what vehicle we were interested in, and he and Rich in finance got us a great deal. No high-pressure tactics, and both were very friendly. In the end, we are very happy with our new used car and with the level of service we received. I also appreciated the follow-up email from Kolin. We won't hesitate to recommend our friends and family to Kolin should the be in the market for a vehicle.My new used car
