Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe

Went there on my lunch break to check out the 2010 Legacy. On entering there were 2 "suits" at the front desk. Neither one even looked up to welcome me to the store. After I took my own brochure from the wall, one of them called back to the rear offices for a salesperson to "attend" to a customer! Still no words to me? Then this guy shows up and has the personality of a piece of toast; with no enthusiasm to show me inside any of the vehicles on the lot. I seemed to know more about the car than him! I left there without even scheduling a test drive; and I would never return, or advise anyone else to go there either! I could have been a company buyer looking to purchase 5 units, and they would've lost over 100K in sales!
