Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe

I bought my Subaru XV Crosstrek in April 2013. I did my research and traded in a Toyota RAV4 lease early, and when they saw all the research I had done they took me right back to the sales manager. We discussed my research for a few minutes and I felt that I got a very fair deal on my trade-in and purchase. About 5 minutes of negotiations and we were done! I've owned the car for 19 months now (LOVE it!) and this dealership has been wonderful for all of my service appointments. I even remember that the day I picked it up they had a sales guy come and teach me about all the features in the car and make me comfortable before I drove off the lot. So happy I chose Ganley Wickliffe!
