Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe

I purchased a Subaru XV Crosstrek a few weeks ago - traded in a RAV4 lease early to switch to the Subaru and am so happy I made the decision to purchase a Crosstrek from Ganley in Wickliffe! I did a lot of research on my trade-in and purchase before coming in, and I worked with Wayne (the GM) on the deal in about 10 minutes! It was the best car dealership experience I have had and I could not be happier with my experience. I tried several Subaru dealerships on the west side before coming out to Ganley, and my experience with the other dealerships was horrible - unwilling to negotiate numbers based on my research and one dealership never even got to the point of discussing numbers after several hours! Once I worked out the numbers on the Crosstrek, I worked with Bob in sales to finish up the deal. Once the car was delivered from out-of-state, Bob took the time to show me all of the features on the car and answer all of my questions - I've never had such great customer service from a car salesman! I would recommend everyone in the market for a Subaru to go to Ganley Subaru of Wickliffe!
