From the financing to selling the car and then attempting to get the remainder of an extended warranty that the dealer never activated has been nothing but a hassle. I have three sets of paperwork and I only signed two. I paid $1000.00 for an extended warranty that never got paid to the warranty company EasyCare. Where is my $1000.00? Who has my money? Why was it never accounted for on the books? I get the run around from the General Manager at Ganley Auto Mall and was told "if I am not satisfied then get an attorney, I have on on retainer 24/7, see where that gets you". As a consumer I should not have to put up with automobile sales tactics like this when Thomas Ganley is on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland area National Automobile Dealers Association. His dealerships should set higher standards. I felt sick every time I would drive the vehicle after the way I was treated during the sale, that is the only reason I went to Saturn of Chapel Hill and got rid of the vehicle I purchased at Ganley Auto Mall. Now I get a hassle about Ganley Auto Mall not sending the money I paid for an extended warranty to the warranty company. It was, and still is, the worst automobile purchasing experience of my life.
