Great customer care!

The information I received on all the options pertaining to the car were great. No lack of… information at all. After the 4 hour mark it was really hard to focus on anything. Didn't do the job the first time
by Richard Schwartz on 01/25/2024I had the rear brakes completely replaced, pads, rotors and calipers. When I got the car back on Saturday afternoon, I noticed the brakes were not right. The pedal was going almost all the way to the floor in order to stop. I had to take… it back Monday after work and they fixed it in about 45 min. Also, they are surprised to check the air pressure in the tires. The one tire was down almost 10 lbs.Hi Richard, we truly appreciate your honest feedback. Once the wait was over, Gabe the technician completed a diagnostic on my Jeep outlining some issues… that will need attention.Gabe also discovered some missing documents and sunglasses that made it's way behind my glove compartment into the cabin vent! this kind of detailed attention was surprising and comforting.
