Didn't do the job the first time

I had the rear brakes completely replaced, pads, rotors and calipers. When I got the car back on Saturday afternoon, I noticed the brakes were not right. The pedal was going almost all the way to the floor in order to stop. I had to take it back Monday after work and they fixed it in about 45 min. Also, they are surprised to check the air pressure in the tires. The one tire was down almost 10 lbs.
