    I am very pleased with the sales team I had. Desmond, Alex and Craig they went above and beyond for me. I have never bought a car from a dealership before and they made it so easy and a great experience for me. I love my new car and would do it again in the future.

    I had an 8:30 appointment on 1/3/18 for a recall, oil change and asked for one other handle be replaced. I dropped the car off on 1/2/18. At 3:30 pm on 1/3/18 I had not heard from anyone so I called service to see if it was completed. At that time they told me the handle I asked to be replaced had to be special ordered, they said the battery failed it's test, an alignment was needed and some heat shields need reconnected. I told the service department I would take care of the alignment where we got the tires, and we would look into the battery. They told me it would be done by 5 pm. We did get there early to pick it up, around 4:30 but had to wait until 5:15 to pick it up. When done, my paperwork showed the recall done, the part being ordered and the works oil change. We went right to check the battery after we left and it passed the test. Not sure why I was told it failed. I was already disappointed that I make an appointment for the morning and it took to within an hour of closing to be completed, as well as the battery issue.

    Great. Franco casalinova the sales person was answered every thing I ask and was very friendly. Over had great experience and bought a new truck.

    In one word, "outstanding"! Tyler Smith along with the Ganley Ford staff went that extra mile to find me the truck I had been looking for. Although it took nearly a month to find the exact one I wanted they all were very patient and helpful. Thanks again Tyler for taking care of me and my family....great job!

    After having the vehicle for a week, and not even getting it into service for two days after dropping it off (with an appointment). The issues have yet been resolved. Having a problem with the ac and was told everything was good. This vehicle use to freeze you out of the cabin and had to turn up the temp. Now. It takes forever to even get somewhat comfortable. Not good since we are vacationing in 100 degree temps. Also the cooling fan sounds like a airplane getting ready to take off. Service was unable to duplicate but when I picked vehicle up it did it right away. Service writer was apologetic and tried to keep me informed. This is the first time I have had this bad of service from Ganley over the past twelve years. If this type of service continues I will have to search for another dealer/service shop. Very unhappy customer

    I didn't purchase my Ford at Ganley. That was my first mistake. The second mistake was taking it to that dealer to get fixed. And i didn't even get a loaner car. Ganley gave me a loaner and corrected all the problems ahead of schedule and with open arms. I WILL buy my next car or truck at Ganley Ford in Barberton. Also the service writer, Darrin, was very freindly and attentive to my needs. Paul the service manager took time out of his busy day to talk to me and made sure my van was fixed.5 stars

    Had an appointment scheduled for The Works on our Escape at 5pm. they took me right in even though there were a few vehicles in front of me. Had the service completed and a car wash before 5:45! Couldn't have been happier! Thank you Ganley Ford team!

    I leased a 2016 Focus Titanium and I have never had a better experience obtaining a vehicle. The staff and service were beyond excellent. My only regret was not knowing about this dealership before. I will recommend Ganley Ford to as many people as I can.

    Previous good experiences with Ganley on personal vehicle. Convenient, trustworthy, friendly, timely, competitive with discounts/coupons that are always with Sunday Beacon Journal; recommends noted problems but doesn't pressure to get them fixed. Work van needs regular oil changes so I have them do "The Works".

    Took my Escape in for a service and went to lunch down the road and as we were leaving got a car that my Escape was ready! Only took rightly an hour! Very pleased!

    Went in for oil change using 'The Works'. Found out brake units needed some work at extra cost. Using rewards and coupons was able to bring the cost down to a manageable amount. Thank you Ganley Ford Barberton. Your service associate, & ladies in service payment dept. were a big help. From the initial day of purchasing the Ford Edge, up to the present, everyone I've dealt with has gone above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend Ganley and would purchase next automotive product from them.

    I am a repeat customer. Ganley takes excellent care of my Mustang GT and treats me as a very valued customer. Ganley Ford Barberton is the only Ford dealer that I have work on my GT. A special car requires special and expert service. Ganley Ford has it!

    Took my wife's 2014 Subaru forester to Ganley body shop. It suffered about 45 dents to the roof and hood from , of all things, ACORNS. A combination of wind and rain caused the nuts to come falling down from the oak tree she had parked under. Ganley did a paintless dent removal to all damaged surfaces and polished the car and it looked as good as new.
