Dealership Service Review
After having the vehicle for a week, and not even getting it into service for two days after dropping it off (with an appointment). The issues have yet been resolved. Having a problem with the ac and was told everything was good. This vehicle use to freeze you out of the cabin and had to turn up the temp. Now. It takes forever to even get somewhat comfortable. Not good since we are vacationing in 100 degree temps. Also the cooling fan sounds like a airplane getting ready to take off. Service was unable to duplicate but when I picked vehicle up it did it right away. Service writer was apologetic and tried to keep me informed. This is the first time I have had this bad of service from Ganley over the past twelve years. If this type of service continues I will have to search for another dealer/service shop. Very unhappy customer
